This print is 15 x 22 inches, by Milton Christianson and are giclees of his original watercolors. They are fine art, limited-edition reproductions on acid free paper and are archival.
"Moose Montage" is one of Milt Christianson's "cave paintings". It is inspired by paintings he saw in caves in Australia and the American Southwest. In both cases, the paintings were of animals, done by native people, involving a layered imagery, with one painting executed on top of another.
Milt Christianson has lived and worked in Maine since 1970. He began his art career silk screening t-shirts and posters in the Waterville area. Since then he has traveled and painted in India, Australia, and Russia, as well as much of the United States. He exhibits in Maine and in Tucson, Arizona.
Milt lives on land he homesteaded in the small, remote town of Wellington in the northwoods of Maine.

Love Milt's Art!
Bought this print for myself as it has such a Southwest feel to it...... though one doesn't see too many moose down that way! Love his use of color and the laying of images. This is the second work I have of His and I love both of them..
