As usual, the photo of the print we have here, does not do the colors of the print justice. They are much richer and deeper. This print is almost magical.
The artist, Milton Christianson, lives in a tiny remote town of Wellington, a little south of Greenville, where he has homesteaded for almost 50 years. His studio and gardens are surrounded by a deep woods. Milt travels around the Moosehead and Katahdin regions, camping and painting. Many of his paintings depict his wild surroundings and the towns, farms, and activities of the region. He is often seen in Greenville, capturing the personality and history of our town.
These prints by Milton Christianson are giclees of his original watercolors. They are fine art, limited-edition reproductions on acid free paper and are archival. 11 by 15 inches.
